Fabulous
Liked: It's about 2 kms from the Old Town, but proximity to the bus stop which gets you to the Old Town in 5 mins made up for it. And the host was extremely helpful. Uncle really made me feel very well taken care of. It really was the perfect place to stay 3 nights. The balcony/ terrace offers a nice view of the sea. The property was so well maintained. I'm so glad I chose to stay here especially given the bad weather outside which meant spending more time in the room and everything was so good that I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in Dubrovnik.
Good location from Dubrovnik
Liked: Common kitchen area and big balcony were great to have and enjoy!
Liked: Decent space and with enough privacy, in a peaceful location
Disliked: If taking public transit, you have to go up plenty of stairs to reach the street of the property & a few more once you're actually in the property. Not that easy with a suitcase. Cheaper than most surrounding properties, but still quite pricey
Fantastic property and host
Liked: Host was super friendly and even stayed up until 4am to greet us when our flight was delayed. Rooms comfortable and location very good for getting into the old town on the bus

Overall a pleasant stay. Excellent host, good location
Liked: Location was good. Easy bus rides to the old town and Lapad beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we asked for extra toilet paper etc. Towels were changed every 2 days. Beach towels were available. The deck was large, had good table and chairs, and a nice view. The kitchen facilities were reasonable and the kitchen was kept reasonably clean. We were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, when we arrive before check-in time and were able to check-in a little early.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Cereal was supplied and a few tea bags. We bought our own food and made our own breakfast. Fridge was a little dirty and needed wiping over internally. The Air conditioner light was very bright and made getting to sleep a challenge at times. The sheets were a bit small for the bed, so the top sheet was not able to be tucked in. The beds were a bit hard and a little uncomfortable. The hot water ran out one night and I had to have a cold shower when washing my hair.
Incredible stay with great access to beach, bakeries, grocery stores, coffee shops (all 5 min away)
Liked: The hosts were very open and welcoming. The kitchen was clean and very accessible. People were very respectful of eachother's food. The room provided air conditioning. The room was very clean and so comfortable. The location is incredible!
