Exceptional
I would definitely stay there again
Liked: Fabulous view and amazing sunsets. We were met on arrival. All our questions were answered. They also helped us plan a private day trip to Montenegro. I like that it was family owned and operated.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Really worth the value
Liked: Perfect location 5 minutes away from the west entrance to the old town. The room and terrace were exactly as pictured on the site. Parking was a great thing to have. The Leoni’s were very attentive and accommodating to our arrival on a rainy day.

Liked: Villa Leoni. Oct 14 to 18th. Studio Balet. Well situated for the Historic/Beautiful Dubrovnik. The Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
Disliked: It was OUR FAULT! Future clients, delve into which studio you are actually Booking! We thought we had booked one of the top floor studios-with the complete views and privacy! All the prices were nearly the same, we will not touch on what this studio cost! Half the published description of Balet- was inaccurate, Views/Size/Patio. Standing for the first time on Balet Balcony, 80% of your view was House Roof, 15% sea to the left, 5% is city to the right. As bad, was the lack of Comfort/Privacy and Size on the Balcony. The dividing wall to the next balcony was so flimsy, It felt like our neighbours were with us! There was no room for a lounger, and the one extra seat was wooden! The lack of insulation also continued into the bedroom- earplugs were needed to sleep! When we arrived, there was not one small welcome gift of anything (We are in a similar business), just past guests olive oil. When I mentioned it was my Wife’s Birthday, our Host did return with a bottle of wine and coffee. I still had to ask for more pillows and a bedside light I could read from, the next day! I personally spoke to our Host, about the above, and making it clearer which Studio you were booking. He replied, that he could not change anything on Booking.Com, even though he was the Owner! Buyer be aware.
Liked: Fantastic location and incredible view of the old town and ocean. Modern spacious fitted out apartment with everything you need to relax and eat in if you prefer given the high cost of restaurants in Dubrovnik. Host was very helpful with lots of good local advice and information. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: We had requested a sofa bed set up for our daughter which was provided however it was just a sofa, not a sofa bed so it was a little uncomfortable for her. A futon or fold out bed would have been ideal instead. Everything else was great.
