Exceptional
Stunning Villa
Liked: From the date of booking and throughout our stay Ilija was a great host, replying any time I messaged and also checking we were ok. The villa is huge and beautiful, everything you could ask for. We spent most of our time outside, this space is amazing. We had some lovely family evenings cooking outside. 2 shops close by, we found no need to travel further. Marina is only 15 mins walk away with some really good restaurants. Excellent holiday.
Disliked: Nothing, loved everything about holiday and villa, highly recommend.
Amazing place to stay!!!
Liked: If you want to visit Dubrovnik this is your place to stay! 15 minutes bus drive to Old Town, walking distance to marina, market and delicious restaurants. Quiet and extremely safe neighborhood. Property itself - THE BEST YOU CAN FIND! Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Has EVERYTHING you may need! Ilija, the host, makes you feel like family. We traveled there as a group of 10, with kids and grandparents and can’t say enough how happy we are with this accommodation!!
Liked: The location was fantastic with view of the mountains behind.
Disliked: The mattress in the downstairs bedroom ( pink room ) otherwise perfect!
Liked: Absolutely beautiful villa Such great hosts who couldnt be more helpfull. Villa was 10 minutes from old town and had everything you could need. Group of 13 girls who had the best time.

Beautiful family trip away
Liked: We stayed at the Villa for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. 13 of us (9 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The host was lovely and super helpful, giving us tips on all the local amenities. And on call if we needed anything. The place itself was superb. The outdoor kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everthing you need: cutlery/plates/fridge/ice machine/coffee maker/stove, we barely even spent any time inside. Just chilling and cooking out by the pool. Location is good too, a short taxi to Dubrovnic Old Towm, and a corner shop for groceries about 6 minute walk away
Disliked: Nothing
Attentive host with a wonderful and spacious home to stay in
Liked: The 3 kitchens make it easy to cook for the large amount of guests we had. The pool/backyard set up was amazing and was a great space to hangout in.
Disliked: The downstairs and upstairs only connect through the outside.
