easy friendly and comfortable
Liked: very convenient and the host was delightful and helpful both before we got there and during our stay

Excellent accomodation for a weekend trip
Liked: Very neat hotel in old town Dubrovnik. Superhelpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Better insulation would have been great as it's a noisy neighbourhood (as normal in downtown).
Liked: Clean room near to all the key attractions. Special mention to Barbara who checked me in and provided suggestions on my itinerary.

Liked: I have never met a staff member more helpful and kind than Barbara in reception. She communicated several times with me enroute and gave me excellent directions to the hotel. She helped me to my room and honoured my request for a lower floor room. Never before have I been what’s apples a recommend list of activities and restaurants. It was so lovely to be treated so kindly.
Liked: Super location and a lovely helpful host. Room was clean and tidy.
