  Very disappointing experience

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Once we arrived, we discovered that using the washing machine is extra cost even though it was included in property facilities on booking.com. They wanted €6 every time you want to use it! After we started asking questions, the property owner accused us as if we were to blame. As a result, we were washing our clothing by hands instead of enjoying the seaside vacation we were able to afford.

Liked: The apartment was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but they responded immediately and worked hard until it was fully resolved. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and the covered parking was a great bonus as it kept the car out of the sun.

Disliked: Nothing significant. The Booking listing stated that check-in started at 11:30, but when we arrived we were informed that check-in was actually from 2:00 PM, so it seemed to be a mistake. However, the owner kindly allowed us to park the car and leave our luggage in the apartment before it was cleaned, so we went to the beach. When we returned, the apartment was clean and ready for us.

A nice apartment in Makarska nearby the beach

Liked: The hosts were very kind and helped us find the property. Location is ok, close to the beach. Also, it is possible to walk to the old town, but it is a bit further away. Beds are comfortable. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. They have covered car parking.

Disliked: Wi-fi didn't work for a couple of days. It's on the ground floor, so there's no private terrace and no views.

Liked: Honestly, this is first time I experienced such positive attitude towards customers. On the day after oir arrival, we found the fridge malfunctioning. To my honest surprise, Tonči bought a new one by the evening and kept us informed all the time. The place is really close to the beach, 4 minutes to closest one, 15 minutes to place where you'll spend entire vacation. We want to come back
