  Perfect stay — clean, quiet, great location, and a very friendly and helpful host

  Liked: I had a really great stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful I had a small issue during my stay and he helped me immediately, which I really appreciated. The location was also perfect. The old town was only about a 5-minute walk away and the beach around 10 minutes. There was a market and a bakery just around the corner, which was very convenient. The area felt safe and was also nice and quiet, without too much noise. Overall, everything was perfect and I felt very comfortable staying here. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!

  Guest house Damir Makarska

  Liked: Damir was very accommodating with check in and check out times. The property was very comfortable and clean. Close to the old town and Damir gave us recommendations of where to eat.

  Disliked: Very tight roads to access the property, even though our hire car was a compact. Also tight to park as Damir is doing his best to accommodate as many cars as possible.

  Friendly, comfortable, good location and safe

  Liked: Damir and his sons were very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. They helped us park our car on arrival and on the day of departure we could leave it there while we went to have breakfast before leaving an hour later. The room was very cozy and the beds were super comfortable. The most comfortable beds we slept in in southern Europe so far. We took the room with a little kitchen it it, which was perfect for us since we needed a fridge to store some things we had with us in a cooler bag. The location was amazing! It was nice and quiet even though it was just 2 minutes to old town and 5 minutes to all the buzzing restaurants and bars down at the harbour.

  Liked: I was looking for a place for two nights. The room was bigger than usual, with a balcony and a bathroom. Everything was nice and clean. Communication with the owner was very smooth and friendly.

  Disliked: The apartment is nicely situated but you have to walk up a steep road for about 150m. If it is not a problem for you, then you have a great place with a friendly owner.
