Liked: Title: Beautiful hotel, great location and a very helpful team What we liked: The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, right in the heart of Makarska and close to everything. The staff were extremely kind and patient with us: at check-in we realized we had made a duplicate booking by mistake, and despite the language barrier they helped us sort it out quickly, cancelling the extra reservation with a full refund. That level of kindness is rare and made us feel welcome from the first minute. Would we recommend it? Absolutely. We would gladly stay here again.
