  Nice stay

  Liked: Good, central location - easy to get to town and bus station. Room was clean and was nice to have shared kitchen facilities.

  Disliked: Aircon didn’t work very well and kept switching off.

  Good location, practical

  Liked: Great location. Very friendly manager. Big bed. It is good for a couple of nights. There is a common kitchen, and apparently a bar but it was not available. Good WiFi

  Disliked: The kitchen was very dirty. The room was ok but our AC was not working, it was hard to find the manager, in general it is a bit worn out, also the pillows and sheets. It looks like it needs some love, a bit of maintenance.

  Disliked: At first, we were welcomed very warmly. I was staying for one night and had informed the property that I would arrive around 11:00. They told me to come and park my car at the back. However, when I arrived, I called them several times, but nobody answered the phone. Because of this, I had to pay extra for parking until 15:00. Later, I informed them that I would be leaving the next morning at 7:00 and that I needed enough space for my car to get out, because another car had been parked in front of mine. The next morning, I went downstairs with my wife and two children. I called them repeatedly, more than 30 times, until around 10:00, but nobody answered. Eventually, the person who had parked the car came out to smoke a cigarette. I asked him if the car was his, and then I was finally able to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially because I was with my family. You need to take responsibility for your guests and make sure situations like this do not happen.
