  Beautiful hotel, good location

Liked: Location on the water, proximity to center of town, comfortable bed

Disliked: 1) even though we arrived at 2:30 ( check-in is at 3:00) we were told they would find us when the room was ready. I had to go to the front desk at 3:30 and our room was ready. We told them we would be on the center balcony. 2). NO hot water the next morning for shower. We were not notified 3) we did not have a blow dryer in our room and waited 30 minutes since our call request for one after I walked to the front desk 4) no hotel shuttle to the bus station. 5). Breakfast buffet too expensive. No à la carte option 6) a stranger guest opened our door with his card key. We requested new cards keys to be made.
