  Liked: Excellent breakfast and dinner, with a great variety and quality of food. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and both the swimming pool and gym were very nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

  Amazing food and beautiful rooms, but the wellness area is overcrowded and noisy

  Liked: The hotel is wonderful, and we had a beautiful room with a sea view. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The food at the hotel is absolutely outstanding — we’ve never eaten so well! Both breakfast and dinner offer an incredible variety of dishes, and everything we tried was unbelievably delicious.

  Disliked: We came specifically for the wellness facilities, which unfortunately did not impress us. The hotel is large, but the wellness area is far too small. It gets crowded and noisy, and some guests have no idea how to behave properly. People walk around in their swimsuits even though it is a designated nudist area. Realistically, the wellness area can accommodate a maximum of around 20 people comfortably (7 in the jacuzzi and 4 in each of the 3 saunas). Unfortunately, there are often more than 30 people, constantly walking around and shouting. There is no privacy, peace, or tranquillity — exactly what you would expect from a wellness experience. The drinking water ran out, and we had to wait a long time for a new bottle. There was also a lack of fresh fruit, as five apples and a few oranges are simply not enough for all the guests. Another downside is the poor sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear snoring from the neighbouring room, banging noises, and even quiet, normal conversations. This was disappointing, as I would expect a much higher standard from a 5-star hotel.

  Fantastic in every way

  Liked: Absolutely everything! We had a lovely room with a stunning view of Opatija. The breakfast was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, the facilities were 1st class and access to the beach was great. The staff went above and beyond with their service. The whole hotel was really lovely and we had a perfect stay

  Disliked: The one and only gripe I have is that there was a small gap between the bottom of the shower screen and the top of the bath so the bathroom floor flooded if you weren’t careful! A minor inconvenience rather than anything more significant!

Classic Twin Room, Junior Suite - sea view, Garden Suite and SPA Suite are housed in an elegant villa directly connected to the main hotel building. It offers the same exceptional level of service and comfort as the main building, while its design showcases the unique character and charm of this part of the complex.

Superior Twin Room - sea view and Ambasador Suite are located in two interconnected buildings within the hotel complex. Guests can expect the same high standard of service and comfort throughout, with only slight variations in interior design. Allocation is subject to availability.
