Perfect accomodation in the middle of Lungomare

Liked: Perfect location, perfect host. (Luckily perfect weather as well) The apartment is on the Lungomare, absolutely central location, near to everthing, perfect spot to start walking. Terrace above the sea, even sitting there has a therapeutic effect:) Denis is a superhost, fast reacting and helpful. We are coming back!

Liked: Great location in Opatija on the walk along the waterfront and not too far to walk back to centre of Opatija. The apartment has a wonderful sea view and easy parking. Maria and Denis were also very kind and helpful.

  Family day in Opatija

Liked: First impressions were wonderful! Our host, Denis, and his mother are such lovely, welcoming people. She was waiting for us at the building right on time and made check-in seamless. The location is unbeatable—right on the seaside promenade, with the city center just an easy walk away. The apartment features a terrace overlooking the bay with an absolutely stunning view, and you can swim in the sea right in front of the building. It was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for all of us. Overall, a fantastic experience for a family—highly recommended!

  Stunning apartment with beautiful views

Liked: Immaculately clean, spacious and beautiful apartment. The view is incredible. Steps away from swimming platforms and above a small cafe/bar perfect for drinks or breakfast. Denis was also wonderful. Parking directly outside.

  Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.

  A tranquil retreat

Liked: Our host, Denis, was incredible—by the time we left, he felt like an old friend. Communication was seamless, with clear instructions and a warm welcome that included a delicious appetizer and a local guide. The views are simply breathtaking; there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise over the sea or spotting dolphins while having breakfast on the terrace. Plus, you can't beat the location right on the Lungomare coastal promenade, especially with the added bonus of convenient parking right at your doorstep.
