  Very disappointing

  Liked: Great location with parking.

Disliked: It felt grotty. Grounds must once have been amazing but overgrown now. Pool green and murky looking. Nothing like the photos of the place.

Liked: As with most of Opatija, it’s a steep walk up hill to get to, BUT the reward with our top floor apartment was a spectacular priceless view. The walk up is a good workout and needed. Having a pool to refresh in with that view also adds to a pleasant experience.

Great town and area but bad place to stay!

Liked: The position and view was really good! And the owners seemed very nice and welcoming.

Disliked: There were so many problems with the place. The photos online do not reflect what you get. The pool area was very unkept and the pool water was very dirty and cloudy. The whole place maybe once was nice but the standard has fallen. Our apartment smelled of damp and was dark and gloomy And definitely overpriced for what you get. The driveway almost killed my car as it is so steep it was almost impossible to negotiate it. We should of turned around and stayed somewhere else! All in all definitely not deserving of the 4stars the property boasts at the front gates.

  Ok for a short stay

Liked: Host is nice. Beds are ok. Swimming pool and parking is the advantage.

Disliked: Maybe we were unlucky about the room, but we didn't really feel comfortable inside. It felt too much outdated. And counting the price this is not a good a value. Parking is a bit tough, especially if you have a big and low-clearance car.
