  It was a luxury holiday

Liked: Luxury villa, clean and calm. Located in 20 min from two major beaches in the area (just below the villa there are several “wild” beaches, not equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds), close to downtown of Opatija, has an exit to a famous promenade, which is an extraordinary value. Owners are very friendly and cooperative. Swimming pool is always clean and always available. Kitchen is fully equipped with big refrigerator. Good internet, good air conditioner. The Villa is located on the major town street, near it there are bus stops to both directions. However the noises of traffic are not heard in the room. Value for money!

Amazing view but expected a little more for the price we paid

  Liked: The view was amazing.

Disliked: No customer service, inattentive and unfriendly. Were given no information upon arrival on facilities and how to access. The gate key for parking did not work and made it difficult to enter/exit property on a busy street. Were telephoned by owners at 02:00 AM advising they needed copies of our documents they forgot to obtain while we were there.

One of the most beautiful locations in Opatija

Liked: Pool, Apartment, Terrace, short way to the sea, the Lungo Mare, to Opatija and the Grill House. The people from the house are very nice and accommodating.

Disliked: There was no reason for a complaint.

Stunning villa, welcoming hosts, quiet stay

Liked: great location, perfect views from private terrace, good parking, direct access to the sea and welcoming hosts, that also speak Czech. Overall the Villa is absolutely stunning and highly recommended for quiet stay, but within walking distance to lively city centre.

Disliked: we have not found anything we did not like.
