  Definitely worth the money

  Liked: First of all, Opatija is a very beautiful city, and this apartment is located in a great part of it — about 15–20 minutes from the city centre, and the same distance to the opposite side (Ičići Beach). The nearest swimming spot is only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a good air conditioner, plenty of space, and a cozy, spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The shower is excellent — really outstanding! My baby even had a beautifully prepared little bed waiting for them, made with love 😊

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. It is fully equipped and very comfortable, with a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet and an additional separate toilet, which was very practical for our family. The large terrace with seating for four people (with two awnings) was perfect for relaxing. From the terrace there is a view of a neighboring garden with palm trees and also a partial sea view. The apartment is thoughtfully designed — shutters, curtains and blinds on all windows, tasteful interior, and very comfortable beds with memory foam toppers. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals, including two coffee machines (capsule and drip) and a toaster. The host’s mother was extremely kind and welcoming. She prepared a cake for our arrival, along with wine, fresh apples and other small treats, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long drive. She also personally assisted us with both check-in and check-out. A grocery store is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, and having a private parking space right in front of the apartment was a big advantage. Minor downside: the apartment is located near the main road. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

  Liked: We loved everything - location, parking, apartment (cosy, well equiped, quiet, spaceous, bright, clean). The view was perfect. And drinking coffe in the morning sun on the balcony was amazing. Little shop just few stairs away. 198 stairs to lungomare. The hosts were kind and very helpful.

  Disliked: It's good to know - apartment is at the top floor (2nd floor), no elevator, bur very spasious stairs. It's not, that we didn't like that, it's just something what could be important for those who hate stairs.

  Liked: The apartment was beautiful – tastefully decorated, super clean, and really cozy, just like in the pictures. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was always available. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his mom was also very friendly and welcoming (her cake was awesome). It really added to the overall positive experience. Opatija itself is just stunning,peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with so many lovely spots to visit. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great hosts. We are definitely planning to return!

  Disliked: No problem. Everything was OK. We even managed to get through a day with some of the heaviest rainfall in Rijeka and Opatija.
