  The staff are below par; the rooms probably haven’t been refurbished for 20 years

  Liked: The only good thing was the location

  Disliked: There was a wedding taking place during our stay, which wouldn’t have been a problem at all if we’d been told in advance. Because of this, we couldn’t have breakfast or dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, so they sent us to another hotel where breakfast and dinner were served. The dinner was like a school canteen… The receptionist was extremely rude when we arrived and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Street parking costs 36 euros a day, if you can find a space.

  Excellent location, wonderful friendly receptionist, large room

  Liked: Excellent location on the water. Convenient parking in a garage a short walk across the street for €30 per day. Well maintained building inside and out with elevator. Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist at the front desk. We had a very large room on the 3rd floor with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The room had a large closet to hang items and shelves, a table for luggage, a desk, ample number of electrical outlets in convenient locations, TV, WIFI, small refrigerator and safe. Very comfortable large double (US King size) bed with good quality comfortable pillows. The bathroom was very small with a nice large walk-in shower and a counter shelf to put your toiletry items. Very nice dining area in the next-door sister Hotel Krystal, with inside and outside patio seating. The breakfast buffet was ok with the usual items, nothing special. The toaster didn’t work and the bread was stale.

  Disliked: I would have rated this hotel a 10 based on the location, room size and super friendly woman receptionist. The 9 rating is based on the very small bathroom, the somewhat dated interior décor, no A/C and the terrible dinner buffet. Don’t even consider the dinner buffet, the food was absolutely terrible.

  Liked: Veoma prijatan boravak i posebno bih pohvalila ljubaznost i profesionalnost osoblja. Imali smo mali problem sa sobom, ali mi je bilo drago što je osoblje odmah reagovalo i vrlo efikasno rešilo situaciju. Takav odnos prema gostima zaista ostavlja pozitivan utisak. Sve pohvale za osoblje i njihovu uslužnost!

  Disliked: Dugogodišnji sam gost i svake godine se rado vraćam, zbog čega mi je ovaj hotel posebno drag. Ipak, ovogodišnjim boravkom nisam bila u potpunosti zadovoljna kada je u pitanju čistoća sobe. Imam utisak da nivo čistoće ove godine nije bio na istom nivou kao tokom mojih prethodnih boravaka.
