Exceptional
A Truly Special Stay
Liked: Our stay was truly wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment of it. We were especially impressed by the beautiful, sophisticated interior. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and the entire hotel radiates elegance, warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and truly special. The location is excellent, the surroundings are peaceful, and the wellness area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, from the reception team to the breakfast staff. Their thoughtfulness and help in arranging a birthday surprise made our stay even more memorable and meant so much to us. 💖 We felt genuinely special throughout our stay, and we were honestly sad to leave. It is one of those places that leaves you with beautiful memories and makes you want to return. We would absolutely love to come back!
Decent accommodation with good service
Liked: Stylish design, friendly staff. The SPA and the massage were really good.
Short to stay in 5days:)
Liked: Very relaxing and comfortable place. Close to the main beaches and attractions. People were kind and sweet! We took half board options. And it was smart that they offered us 3 days with the half-board menu and the last two days with the main menu; we could choose more options on the last two days:)
Disliked: I had some Asian dishes...I am sorry to say... I hope they improve the Asian dishes next time. Especially, I was a little bit sad about the Sushi menu.
Modern hotel, but price/value ratio is not the best
Liked: - Centralised and modern
Disliked: - Dust and cobwebs in a lot of places - Little breakfast - after 4 days you tried the whole buffet - Spending and consuming a lot of money at the property (2k+), at the end of the visit I asked for 2 water bottles. The answer I received was that they‘re thankful that I chose this hotel, but they don’t see why they should give two bottles of water as a complimentary - they care more about making money then reputation
Beautiful experience, perfect for a nice treat
Liked: Service, location, food, breakfast, rooftop pool and bar: all really nice. Gym is open 24/7, but also the SPA is open until quite late.
Disliked: Parking is complex: you can not park / retrieve your car by yourself. Internal swimming pool at the spa, even if huge, is quite cold indeed and hardly usable.
Liked: Everything is super clean, amazing rooftop restaurant. Special thanks to the waiters Dorotea and Dario who are really really kind. We enjoyed really much and will definitely come back.
Disliked: Nothing:)
