  Thank you Marica for morning coffee, apple fritters and fresh fruit

  Liked: Property and apartment was beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Exactly as depicted in pictures. Marica was a very gracious host, kind hospitable, tips regarding restaurants, beaches and local attractions. After travelling & extremely hot temperatures, she waited for us and guided us to our free parking spot. She had the apartment air conditioning going and cold refreshments waiting. Terrace is a relaxing spot to sit in. Plenty of shade and even sea views. Perfect apartment for 2 people. Have no hesitation booking with her again.

  Clean and cozy place

  Liked: Very clean! Very warm and helpful host! Close to city (a bit of a climb to get back).

  Disliked: Need to leave car on the street about 100m and 54 stairs steps away. NB Booki g offers weo g address. Correct address is ulica vrutki 1

  Wonderful experience in Opatija

  Liked: The owner is absolutely kind and ready to assist in any way possible. The place has a wonderful view at the sea, and it is 7 minutes close to the downtown and the sea. There is a free parking space provided. Absolutely fabulous!

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. It was really very nice.

  Liked: We had a lovely stay with Mari. She is a generous and kind host who met us when we arrived to help us park, gave us cake she’d made that day and prepared a coffee with biscuits for us in the morning. The room is very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. It’s an easy walk to the waterfront/centre of Opatija. Highly recommend staying with Mari!

  Great location and hospitality

  Liked: Marica is a great host! She was waiting with fresh food and also received some small things during our stay. She helped a lot and answered all of our questions. The room is tiny, but perfect for a couple for a small vacation. The location and the view was great.

  Disliked: The kitchen is not fully equipped, but totally OK for a holiday!

  Lovely little apartment, superkind host

  Liked: A great location, quiet, so long as you are alright with steps. It's a steep up hill from town and beaches. The bed was comfortable and a/c good. Pretty view from bedroom window. Great outdoor area, shared, but we were the only guests during our stay, with 3 seating areas, one having a sea view between the properties. Outdoor space is shared with cats so it helps if you don't mind them, they didn't bother us. Some outdoor space undercover which was useful when it rained. Marica our host was generous and thoughtful, as others have said.

  Disliked: We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tiny, kitchenette ok but it would be nigh on impossible for 2 people to eat in there. I can't remember if the square footage of the property is on the information.
