  Well equipped apartment & in a great location

  Liked: Location was great & washing machine was a bonus!

  Disliked: The lounge is in the main bedroom so a bit uncomfortable for two couples.

  Great location, close to the action and the nearest beach is a 5min walk

  Liked: Lots of space. Quality apartment, everything was new inside. Cafe and restaurant right outside your door. Short walk to the heart of town.

  Disliked: As the property is on an intersection we couldn’t stop in front of it to unload luggage. Not a big deal but something to consider.

  Comfortable, nicely renovated, very clean apartment for 4 people

  Liked: Very cozy apartment, clean and equipped with everything. In a good area, with parking nearby.

  Vary pleasant short stay, we would choose it again and highly recommended it

  Liked: Very clean, fully equipped, “little things” for warm welcome like chocolate pralines and vine, juice.

  Disliked: Apartment is located on the main street so it can be a little bit noisy but it calms down at night. Also it was cold because of the winter but we manage to warm the apartment up with air conditioning.

  Excellent location, excellent hose and amazing apartment

  Liked: The host and the apartment are absolutely fabulous. I can't praise it enough. The location is very central, you have 3 minutes down to the promenade and beach. The apartment itself is one of the most thoughtfully arranged ones I've ever stayed in (specially in Croatia). They really thought about what travellers need and they didn't renovate the apartment on the cheap. For example the windows are all three layers, so even tho the windows look on the main street, you don't hear it and you can sleep without any problems. There are ACs in all rooms (3). The host was so nice to even prepare two travelling cribs for our little ones and on top of this they prepared a few large play mats. We will definitely come back.

  Liked: Very nice and cozy apartment. It has everything you may need for comfortable living. We spent there 2 weeks in August. The owner Marija is very hospitable. We have never met her, but we always felt that she cared about our comfort. ☺️ She offered bed linen and towels change twice a week. And she always added some gifts like honey, waffles, biscuits, figs from her own garden, even a small inflatable whale for our daughter ☺️ Very easy and comfortable self-check in and self check out. Good location. The building is just behind the Tomaševac beach, so it took us 2-3 minutes to get there. Only 2 minutes on foot to the supermarket Konsum and the next to Konsum - market with fresh vegetables. Private parking is provided for free in 200 meters from the building. About 20-30 minutes on foot to the centre, you can go along the beach and through the parks or along the street. We enjoyed our time there. Next time when we come to Opatija we’ll definitely come to this apartment
