  Liked: The view from the apartment is truly breathtaking, and the terrace also faces the sea. The pebble beach is just a few steps away, and the shops are only a 5-minute walk away.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi network is practically unusable, so we ended up disconnecting from it. Communication with the contact person is also quite difficult.

  Overpriced shabby apartment by the beautiful see

  Liked: The apartment is facing the see.

  Disliked: The apartment once very nice and well equipped is now shabby and malfunctioning. First of all - bracken air conditioning system in the bedrooms, the air conditioning is functioning in the main aria, in the bedrooms is broken. There are a lot of details - TV is not working, bathroom doors need repair, the bed in the main bedroom once very nice now looks disgusting, sofas in the main area are dirty and worn out. Private jacuzzi is broken, not enough beds by the pool. Communication with the host very slow and unhelpful. The apartment has a complex maintenance switchboard only in Croatian language that makes it very difficult to navigate. The host did not meat us and that makes the check in complex and not nice. There is no private beach and the area around the apartment is not up to the standard. The apartment in the current condition is ridiculously overpriced

  Enjoyed the trip as location and access to sea was fantastic

  Liked: Location is unbeatable! Balcony with sea view was amazing!

  Disliked: TV didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work for a few days. Jacuzzi was out of service for the entire time. Pool didn’t work for first days either. AC only in living room, not in the bedrooms. It got hot in the bedrooms at night.

  Loved the location

  Liked: The location is simply incredible! Very spacious property - steps to the sea. Property contact communicated well.

  Disliked: Ac is in the main room. Asia provided a floor fan and that was enough for sleeping comfort. The price was incredibly steep. Alot of codes for gate - door - beach gate - lock box - and one key. Many key codes but not one for the main door.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €15 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Please note: As of Summer 2026, the existing jacuzzi/hot tub is being converted into a private swimming pool. During this period, occasional construction work may take place.

The new private pool, exclusively intended for guests of Villa Arentz’s two apartments, Camelia and Rosemary, is expected to be available from August 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to change due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

In the meantime, guests may continue to enjoy the larger outdoor swimming pool located on the right-hand side of the villa. This pool is shared with guests staying in other apartments within the residential complex.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
