Liked: The location is very good.. there are lots restaurants and beach near by

Disliked: We encountered a leaking pipe under the sink upon arrival. The damage was clearly long-standing, with a water-swollen and moldy door frame. We stayed in Apartment 2 which is sharing the same entry and hall with Apartment3, and it’s quite loud if there are noisy people there, door banging in the middle of the night etc Despite its location next to the sea, there is no beach towel or ways to dry swim wears, which is a bit inconvenient

Liked: Perfect location, nice host, easy check in, great value for money

Disliked: Everything was great, we had some problems at first but the host solved it within 15 miniutes! There are only very small projects you could do to get the overall 5 stars feeling, like fix the shower head holder.

Great stay in the centre of Opatija

Liked: It is in Opatija centre, very clean and bed very comfortable, it has all the amenities, Staff super friendly and helpful. We managed to check in a bit early.

Disliked: The place just needs a bit of maintenance. The sideboards are coming loose. It would be nice to have sockets next to the bed. But other than that it was great.

  Superb

Liked: Very Central location. Close to everything. Clean. Well organised. Marko was very helpful.

Disliked: We booked the large apartment but something happened to the upgraded booking so we ended up with the small apartment, which was still nice, but not what we had booked. Marko was very helpful though and a refund of the money was organised and repaid in full. The small apartment could have better security on the windows, as it is right on ground level.
