  Perfect location and wonderful property!

  Liked: The property was in a great location. The view is fantastic and the place was really quiet so we got a great nights sleep. The hosts were wonderful as well. They helped us park and settle in as well. The best part was they provided fresh fruit, and drinks and food to get us started! It was a perfect touch.

  Liked: A beautiful villa in a great location, just a 10-minute easy walk from the Lungomare and the beaches. The rooms are spacious, airy and spotless, with extremely comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The villa is decorated with exceptional taste – every piece of furniture, artwork and decorative detail seems to tell its own story and feels like a work of art in itself. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with its stunning panoramic view over Opatija and Kvarner Bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two refrigerators and excellent coffee machines. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with a stocked fridge, bar and fresh fruit. The Mediterranean garden with lemon trees adds even more charm. We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

  Liked: Our stay in Opatija was truly unforgettable, thanks to this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host Robert had thought of everything. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped—far beyond what we expected. Every detail had been considered, from a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and essentials, to comfortable linens, extra toiletries, and even little touches that made the space feel like home. The location is great: this property is tucked away in a private location yet close enough to walk to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The view was stunning, and the outdoor spaces were just as welcoming as the interior. We loved having our morning coffee on the roof top terrace while looking out over the Adriatic. We never once thought, “I wish we had this” because everything we could imagine needing was already there. It made our holiday stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy Opatija and the region.

  Liked: The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of space, inside and outside, to relax.The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The views from the terrace and garden are amazing. The owner met us when we arrived and when we left, to make sure we had everything we needed. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

  Disliked: The villa is situated up a steep hill, but that is why there are lovely views. Climbing up got easier each day, and it helps to work off those extra holiday pounds

  INCREDIBLE

  Liked: Everything in this Villa is pefect. Amazing facilities, kitchen with everything you could possibly imagine, lots of food, fresh fruits, drinks... All bathrooms have everything you need, beds are super comfortable, amazing view from the terrace. We were really impressed. Hosts are very nice as well.
