  An absolute gem near Plitvice – peaceful, spotless, and truly comfortable!

  Liked: We had a wonderful two-night stay. The apartment was modern, extremely clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood close to Plitvice Lakes Entrance 2 perfectly situated for exploring the national park.

  Disliked: Nothing at all – everything was absolutely perfect!

  Great place to stay for a few nights

  Liked: Great location — you can easily walk to the entrance of Plitvice Lakes. There’s also a small supermarket just a few minutes away. They have fresh bakery items first thing in the morning, although they seem to sell out quite quickly. We had a small issue with the flat, but the host responded very quickly and rectified the problem in no time. They couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic. Overall, a very convenient place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes.

  Disliked: The wall between the living room, which also doubles as a bedroom, and the main bedroom is essentially a sliding door, so there isn’t much soundproofing between the two spaces. The air conditioning is located in the living room, so if you want the bedroom to stay cool as well, the sliding door needs to remain open. The bed in the bedroom has a relatively firm mattress. It was fine for us for a few nights, but we would have found it uncomfortable for a longer stay.

  Liked: Good location, if you want visit Plitvička jezera. 15 minutes by foot to entrance,

  Disliked: thin wall between the rooms, where we were sleeping, Sliding door near the bed. If somebody sleeps near the wall, you can not open it

  Disliked: It was very loud at night because the road is next to the bedroom window, so we couldn’t sleep. There were no slippers provided, and the hot water ran out quickly, so our third guest couldn’t take a shower and had to wait. The scariest thing was that on the other side of the house, when I looked out from the kitchen window, there was an old man staring at us. It scared me, so I closed the curtain, but the curtains were very small and thin, and someone could still look inside.

  Liked: Great location. Really comfortable accommodation, spacious, way more luxurious than I expected, welcome beer and candies for the kids. I wish I could have stayed longer.

  Disliked: I would prefer to get the check-in information (the key box code) earlier, as it is really diffucult to get into my email box while travelling (but this is the same trouble with all booking.com destinations)
