  This is a great place to stay

  Liked: I had a lovely well appointed room, the two brothers on law running it were extremely helpful and obliging and really went out of their way to help.. The dinners were fantastic.

  Disliked: Nothing except I found it difficult to find in a maze of other places and confusing signs.

  Liked: Number 1 ~ location as far as the relevance to Plitviče park proper, you could not be better. It’s not super close to the actual “park” but if you don’t want to walk 10ish minutes (you can drive and park the remaining 4-5 minute walk to boat). Benefiting the less crowds! 2 the accommodations are beautiful. Sitting area, tastedul, comfortable, appropriate plugs/outlets, lights, expansive bath room, generous towels and complimentary toiletries, generous sleeping area, small refrigerator were all amazing. And then if you don’t want to leave the property for dinner, delicious (albeit not cheap) dinner is offered with an amazing chef and the cordiality of the owners which made it totally worthwhile. We have visited Plitviče for over 37 years and despite the water level of the lakes/waterfalls being incredibly low, the Croatian hospitality and friendship will always remain whole heartedly pure, special and why we keep coming back.

  Liked: What an absolutely beautiful property and location, overlooking the creek with greenery all around. Walking distance from entrance 3. They had lounge chairs overlooking the creek and we spent a lovely evening perched on them. The staff was so helpful and kind and made special vegetarian food for us. We totally recommend this place!

  Disliked: Nothing really, we enjoyed everything.
