  Well located near park with delicious breakfast

  Liked: Great location near the park entrance, easy & free parking, wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet each morning and the gym was well-equipped

  Disliked: The hotel was a bit dark & dated, the hair dryer in the bathroom barely blew out any air to actually dry hair, and there was no tea kettle in the room we had (I believe some rooms do have them) which is a very basic amenity

  Regular hotel, terrible experience arriving there

  Liked: I had a terrible experience getting to the hotel from the Bus Stop. The stop is on the road with no walkable path and there is absolutely no indication of a safe path to get to the hotel which is 600m from the stop. They say there is a path but the only indication points to the road. I crossed the road with luggage, which was dangerous per se, and the staff of the park said that I had to walk on the road, with luggage, with no other option. I looked for information on the booking webpage and there is absolutely no information. When I arrived at the hotel crying for the danger and stress I went through I was treated recklessly. Room wasn't ready, they didn't even made arrangements for me to change in the bathroom (I had to find out myself) and told me to leave luggage in a normal room with lots of luggage, no tags and no supervision. Later when I went to the park, I did find the path but it contains lots of stairs, rough floor and it would have been another nightmare with lugagge, even though I wouldn't have risked my life. And later on I found out they have a free van service that would have picked me up there. There aren't many lodging options near the park but I would only recommend this one if you are travelling by car or by bus with a paid tour, so then you would get off in the parking lot, or if you make prior arrangements with them to be picked up at the bus stop. Those informations are not given or offered, you have to find out by yourself. As a solo traveler, I still think I should have come and gone from Zagreb the same day instead of spending the night there.

  Disliked: Staff could have handled me way better. Information on transportation has to be given in advance.
