  Owners were very nice. Place is dated, and bedding could use an update with new sheets

  Good place to stay on your way to Plitvice Lakes

  Liked: Beautiful chalet. Good breakfast. Close to Plitvice Lakes entrance #2.

  Disliked: Even with GPS, it was impossible to find the correct driveway among several. They need a directional sign outside!

  lovely stay

  Liked: The owners were very lovely and welcoming, it is a family business and that makes it feel like staying at your aunt's house. Dennis is a really nice host. They gave us useful tips for visiting the national park and where we can find the restaurants nearby (we can recommend Bistro Antonio). The breakfast was wonderful and freshly made for each guest. The contact with the other guests was also very nice.

  Good location, friendly staff

  Liked: Very friendly owner of the hotel. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Thank you very much. It is located near Plitvice Lakes. That is what we needed.

  Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even let me check in early.

  Disliked: TV was maybe a little tricky to use or had no signal. Maybe some instructions would be helpful.

  Liked: Hosts are very friendly and helpful, they can give you a lot of advices for the surrounding. There is a private parking in front of the house. And the garden is lovely. Location is very close to the Plitvice park entrance 2. You can walk to it through the wood trail (it is safe and well marked).

  Disliked: There is very limited food options in the walking distance. This isn't related to the accommodation, just be prepared to go for food and groceries by car. There is only one restaurant nearby with pizza and barbacoa.
