Comfortable and close to Plitvice Lakes

Liked: Like other reviews have said, the outside of the building is quite run-down, along with the interior up until the door to the Up27 apartments. However, once you get past that door, everything changes, it's clean and modern. That door leads to a short hallway with doors to two apartments, it was nice having that extra layer of security and it keeps away any noise from the main building stairwell. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with big windows to let in light, a comfortable bed and the kitchen had the basics for cooking. Everything was fairly new and in good condition. The location is excellent, with free parking and a short walk (15 minutes) along a lit, paved path to the Plitvice Lakes entrance 2. Aside from staying in the hotel in the park, you can't really get closer. We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again if we ever come back.

Disliked: The kitchen could have had a few more utensils for cooking, otherwise everything was great.
