Exceptional
Clean, modern, comfortable, close to beaches
Liked: Clean and modern apartment and only a 15minute walk to the beaches. 20 minute walk into the old town. Although both very steep but can’t be helped in Split. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.
Disliked: Lack of communication from the host, had to send messages/call on arrival. Once we did receive the messages they were very informative with recommendations etc. Nice outdoor space with sun loungers, but there were building works next door which hadn’t been mentioned and workmen on the site which over looks the pool. Pool could have been cleaner.
Great stay with little niggles
Liked: Location was great, just a 10 min walk from town. Room was comfortable and large. Nice to have the pool. Host posted good information on where to visit and eat.
Disliked: There was an issue with the toaster and the bathroom sink plug that maintenance tried to resolve but didn't. Explanation to the use of the smart tv would have been helpful.
Amazing
Liked: Location was great, 10 minute walk to the local beach called Obojena which we would highly recommend and a 10 minute Uber/ 20 minute walk to Split old town. Apartment was clean and spacious. And David was amazing so thank you David! We would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay!
Liked: It was all amazing, all from the beginning. From David giving me a lovely message to tell me everything we need to know about the area and access to the property, to the lovely staff member who was extremely understanding (especially with the language barrier!) All 8 of us had a lovely trip, we had a lot of fun in the pool, the area is great, the rooms were lovely and tidy and spacious. Was all a wonderful experience and we all had an amazing time. Highly recommend 😊

Liked: Studio was really nice, clean on arrival, great AC unit and friendly staff! Pool was nice and very quiet! Staff were very friendly, David and his mother were great!
