Very good
Disappointing for the money
Liked: Easy paring. Good spa facilities. Excellent sea view.
Disliked: Poor organisation of mealtimes. I used the restaurant once and had to complain to get any service after waiting 15-20 minutes. Next morning the restaurant was full so I had to eat outside in the cold. Cleanliness - corridor smelt of cigarette smoke and the shower room smelt of a sewer.

Liked: The staff were all great and helpful in all areas!
Disliked: Whilst the food was good and a decent selection there could have been a larger selection to cater for vegetarians.
Liked: Location was very good, lot of beaches and restaurants nearby. Pool area was nice and breakfast was 10 points! Staff was really helpfull.
Disliked: Although the pool area was nice, it has some small room for improvement. Hot tub was really small and not in use or hot every day. Saunas are not for kids. Which was odd. There was a pool bar, but it was not open.

Liked: The room was bigger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were consistently very friendly and welcoming, from reception, the restaurant to the wellness spa.
Disliked: The maintenance of the facilities fell below the standard expected of a 4 star hotel.
