Fabulous
Quiet hidden house near town but lacking basic supplies
Liked: Location was good; finding the house was an adventure; being away from the main street, the area was quiet, fridge.
Disliked: The place was smaller than expected, there were no shower supplies, toilet paper ran out.
Liked: Location was excellent, staff response, easy check-in
Disliked: Room on the small side, but hey it's Split, a very popular tourist destination
Liked: Very close to Split central area. And also to the bus station
Clean room, easy communication with host
Liked: The easy contact with the host - messages were answered very quickly.
Disliked: The air conditioning on the room is noisy. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. Wi-fi was only available durante the first night of the stay. The inner bedroom walls have no proper soundproofing - it was very easy to hear people getting to their rooms and passing the corridor.
Really great location
Liked: The location was brilliant and it had everything we needed for a short city break. It was nice and quiet.
Disliked: It was advertised as having air con, so it's a real shame that this is only in the living area and not the bedroom, as it was quite difficult to sleep when the nights were so hot. The air from the living room air con does not reach where the bed is in the bedroom. The coffee machine was also broken, although this wasn't a deal breaker for us on such a short stay, as we instead opted for nice local coffees from coffee shops.
A hidden gem that we would return to
Liked: The facilities were perfect for our stay, really comfortable and modern with a nice external area for breakfast. It was in an ideal location for our needs. All was as advertised. The host was very accommodating.
Disliked: All was perfect for us.
