Nice room
Liked: I was very disappointed with how a fraudulent card transaction was handled. My card was used without my authorisation, and when I raised the issue with the hotel manager, they refused to refund the money.
Most satisfactory!
Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast choices, excellent coffee machine, very clean, super air con, great facilities (kitchen area, fridge, dishwasher), great shower, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Distance from the centre of Split...a little on the long side, especially in 38 degree heat. The TV's sound quality wasn't great.
