Very good
So awful I sat and cried told host I didn't want to stay. Had to stay, glad only there 2 nights
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Not what I was expecting said delux. Nothing delux. I was basically in a cupboard. Nowhere to put anything one shelf with a rail underneath 4 hangers but anything on them was on floor. Kettle on shelf but had to move it to plug it in. Nowhere to put towels in bathroom had to put them on windowsill. Bed head was disgusting, towels should have been white but wasn't. Awful bottom sheet all frayed. Dark, one small window in basement. Said appartments saw no appartments. I think only 4 rooms downstairs told the upper floors were private residents. I went into mine and 2 others. Other 2 similar to mine but bigger.
Great stay, would choose this property again
Liked: Location is perfect, especially for people with pets, because there is a nice green area next to the property. The beach is also a few steps away. There is an excellent restaurant and several cafes nearby. The grocery shop and pastry shop are also close. The bed is really comfortable and there is a kitchenette if you want to prepare a quick meal.
Disliked: Everything was great for us. However, our room was quite small so if you need more space bear that in mind.
Liked: Very close to the beach, large bathroom
Disliked: Mosquitos, ants
Great location
Liked: Location location location. It was very nice to walk towards the city of Split along the seashore. 15 minutes walk.
Disliked: Their were pots and pans st. But no kettle at all. I like a coffee in the morning.
Overall, a very convenient location with an easy check-in, but the space and bathroom drainage could be improved
Liked: Great location, close to the beach and around a 20-minute walk to the old town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was also very easy.
Disliked: The space was quite small, so we found it difficult to open our luggage. The sink and shower weren’t draining properly, which left some residue around the basin and bathtub. There are also some stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have large or heavy luggage.
A lot of money for a small basement level room
Liked: Quiet neighbourhood. Not too far from down town Split.
Disliked: The location was on old bunker like looking building with a couple of rooms in the basement. Rooms do not resemble the pictures on Booking. The rain shower was not sufficiently high enough to take a shower. There is no personal touch to renting this place. All communication via internet. The breakfast was not in the room as shown on the pictures on booking but in some distant restaurants/hotels. Air conditioning unit was quite noisy.
