Exceptional
Liked: The location and room was great. The room size was adequate for our requirements. Having a table and chairs for eating take away food was welcomed. The communication with the host via WhatsApp worked well.
Disliked: No elevator. But considering the age of the property. It's would be unlikely that an elevator could be installed. It's fine if you have cabin size luggage. But large suitcases require some physical work up the stairs.
Liked: Great location, great sized rooms with a small table/chairs and refrigerator, and host was very accommodating and let us store our luggage for a little bit before and after checkout!
Disliked: Of the three rooms we rented, the two in the back of the house were very quiet and the one in the front of the house did get some of the street noises of people late at night coming back from their activities. Not bad and it totally expected in an old town!

Comfortable room in a great location
Liked: Great location in the middle of Split. Room was quiet even though there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Comfortable and good value. Really good place for a short stay. Close to the old town. Natasa was quick to respond when we couldn’t work out how to access the apartment. Very quick and easy via key box. Highly recommend 2 restaurants - Via Spiza and Zinfandel. Delicious food, good wine selections. Archaeology museum is also worth a visit.
Charming, comfortable and well located boutique hotel in Split’s old town
Liked: Very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Loved the stone wall accents - very charming. Excellent location in the old town - we walked here from ferry port without much trouble. Great to be able to drop off our luggage in the morning when we arrived and we really appreciated the early check in.
Disliked: No elevator and challenging spiral staircase we had to climb with heavy, overpacked suitcases. But elevators are rare in Split and we were expecting this, so can’t complain. Just good to know for those who have difficulties with stairs.
