Exceptional
The best staff
Liked: The staff were absolutely the best. From the cleaning staff to management, everyone was kind, generous and happy to help with any needs. They say a hotel should be a home away from home, and a home is made by the people in it and it's the same for a hotel! The staff were what made my stay truly special and worthwhile.
Really enjoyable
Liked: Pool area, evening food, location for getting to the centre with a nice walk
Disliked: Noise at night from the air conditioning or lift shaft, I couldn't tell which?
What a gem
Liked: I informed them that we're celebrating my husbands birthday in Split. We were placed in a huge room with a small bottle of sparkling wine and some chocolate to celebrate which was a lovely gesture. The facilities were amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast yummy. Would definitely come back again.
Liked: Rooftop sauna, breakfast, free parking, huge beds…
Disliked: Walls made out of thin paper… lots of noise late at night
Great location and value in Split
Liked: Pool and gym are amazing. I also like that the rooms were recently renovated.
Beautiful hotel and well priced
Liked: My friend and I had a twin room and it was beautiful. The beds were more like small doubles rather than singles and the room was spacious with a separate lounge area and a balcony with two chairs and a small table. The bathroom was a good size with an enormous bath and the shower pressure was good.
Disliked: The only drawback is the location. When we booked it we knew it was about a mile from the main part of town, which we didn’t see as a major issue, as we were happy to walk. However, it was a really residential area and there weren’t many cafes nearby. There was a coffee place in the hotel but the menu only had cakes/desserts and we’d wanted lunch on arrival. If I go back to Split I think I’d probably stay in the centre, which is a shame, as the hotel is lovely and well priced. But I like to go away solo sometimes and I think I’d feel happier with more options on my doorstep.
