Exceptional
Excelent! Highly recommend
Liked: The apartment is super well equiped to the details. The location is exceptional if you want to visit the old town and port area.
Amazing location with parking very close to the city gates
Liked: Being able to stay and park so close to the city center is incredibly valuable, especially when you have only one night in Split.
Disliked: The one-room apartment isn't big, but that doesn't really matter if you're spending most of your time out in the city. It could use a good deep clean, though.
Great Location to walk to Old Town

Very central apartment for exploring the old town
Liked: Very central location, ideal for exploring the old town, the Riva and getting ferries if you are island hopping. Our hosts met us and was very helpful, showing us the main areas to focus on, bakeries for breakfast stops etc. It was lovely and cool in our apartment which was ideal after a hot day out in the Split heat
Disliked: Our apartment was smaller than we thought it would be and it was a bit tricky finding our way to it initially but once we got orientated it was fine. If you have a car then Google directions are misleading but our host was looking out for us and was able to help.
Perfect
Liked: Lovely studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Terrace was great for sitting and watching the swifts. Onsite free parking a huge bonus. A few minutes walk to the palace and harbour. Fabulous host.
Well presented good sized apartment in nice old building right next to the old town and port
Liked: Great location literally over the road from the palace and old town. Nice size considering in an old building in the location. Great to have several supermarkets and food (e. bakeries) very close by. Good air conditioning in very hot weather. Well fitted out and modern inside, with nice small shared terrace outside. Buses close by for access to "new" Split.
Disliked: Parking is very tight, manageable for medium size vehicles but turn around in the parking at first opportunity as other vehicles parked around can prevent that. Location can be very difficult to find initially. Follow the detailed instructions provided by the host to find it, as GPS sent us the wrong way which was a very nasty dead end in very narrow streets that was very stressful getting out of. Old narrow stairs can be a bit challenging with luggage.
