Exceptional
Liked: The host is wonderful! Very friendly and couldnt have been more accommodating. She genuinely wants you to be comfortable and have a great stay! The apartment it's self is very clean and a nice size. The pool though not 100% private (shares with the other flat sharing the building) is very nice and well maintained. Location is nice (about 10-15 mins Uber (10ish euros) outside the city centre) and has a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Solin itself is also very nice with it's ancient Roman town too.
Disliked: Air conditioning is only in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. It was extremely hot when we stayed and sleeping was uncomfortable. No fans either in the rooms to try and compensate for this.
Liked: Great apartment and host. Having a pool was a great bonus as they are quite hard to get in Split without spending stupid money. Really enjoyed our stay
The perfect base for exploring the area – quiet, clean, and welcoming
Liked: The location was exactly what we were looking for – not too far from the center, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The owner lives on the top floor and was always incredibly kind and helpful. Every time she saw us, she asked if we needed anything or offered to help us find attractions both in the area and across Croatia. A small kitten visited us from time to time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. A nearby supermarket and bakery are just a two-minute walk away, which was perfect for grabbing fresh bread and preparing breakfast in the morning. Overall, we were very happy with our two-week stay and would definitely recommend Lipa Mare to anyone visiting the area.
Disliked: The listing said the pool was private, but it was actually shared with the neighboring apartment. It wasn’t public, but not entirely private either. A clearer description would help set the right expectations.
Spacious well equipped apartment in residential area of Solin
Liked: Lovely little pool area King sized beds in both rooms Comfortable large lounge area and large kitchen with table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and cleaning equipment. Combined shower toilet and laundry room with quality tiling. Breakfast area under shade Nothing was too much trouble with lot's of information about the local area and tips on where to go. A super host Private parking area. Lovely welcome pack of anything you might need or forgotten including beer, cider, wine, biscuits, fruit, coffee, toiletries and much much more. Would definitely go back here.
Disliked: Only small things as it was a lovely place Could do with more sunbeds. A large parasol would be good as well. Lots of wardrobe space but not enough clothes hangers and no drawers in one bedroom. No full length mirror.
Lovely place and clean apartment for 3-4 people- very good location between the airport and Split city
Liked: Very nice pool and close to Split center, harbors and beaches. Ubers were easy to get and under 10€ to get to city center.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say

Liked: The family is absolutely 💯!!!!! They made us feel like at home. They provided us with lots of advises about Split and Solin and restaurants to go. Everything was great and the swimming pool too!!!! Really nice our stay there!!!
