Exceptional
Great time in Split
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We particularly appreciated the comfort of the accommodation, the beautiful interior design and decoration, and above all, the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. A great advantage for us was the complimentary electric vehicle charging facility. We were also travelling with our dog, who was welcomed with genuine warmth and care. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared useful amenities and little gifts for our four-legged companion, which was a lovely and very much appreciated gesture. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff's genuine kindness and attention to detail made our stay particularly memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There were only a couple of minor drawbacks regarding the EV charging facilities. The charging station was an older model originally designed for Tesla vehicles, so we were initially unsure whether it would be compatible with our car. Fortunately, the second charging connector worked perfectly. However, accessing the charging station itself was quite difficult and inconvenient.
Liked: We only stayed for one night. The rooftop pool was very nice and cool, we really liked hanging out there. The view was fantastic. The room was ok, clean, nothing special but enough for 3 people for 1 night.
Disliked: The restaurant was a little pricy, the portions, the serving and the look was closer to fine dining, which was an unnecessary extra cost. The staff wasn't overly happy to serve us at first, but by the end we could see a smile.
Nice rooms, rooftop and breakfast. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good
Liked: The localisation, the spa, the breakfast, the Beds, the rooftop Irena was very helpful and welcoming thank you!!!
Disliked: The inside poool is too cold. We can’t share with the tv in the room when you have Apple, the music in the spa could be more relaxing
Great stay in Split
Liked: We booked a room with balcony (recommended for view and comfort altough more expensive) that was spacious and very clean, complete with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast choice was outstanding, the missing items were filled even shortly before breakfast was over. We tried dinner one evening and it was also delicious. The spa facilities were a treat, especially given the cooler October weather when we arrived - it was perfect for warming up and recharging. The on-site fitness room, though small in size, has everything needed for a basic training. The location is convenient, with excellent restaurants nearby, great bars along the waterfront to watch the sunset, and easy connections into the center on foot or via Uber.
Disliked: More as an observation than a critique: the property isn't beachfront, it is about a five-six minutes walking. It wasn't a major issue, simply not what I had excpected. Walking into the city along the beach makes a really pleasant route, but expect it to take roughly 45 minutes. There is a shorter way on the streets (20 mins) but Uber is the best option.
Liked: EXCEPTIONAL. Start to finish, met by the QUEEN of reception, so friendly and helpful! ( so sorry, i dont remember name, fabulous winged eye liner!) All the extras facilities like the relaxation room and 2 pools, great cocktails and super comfy bedding. Breakfast was good too, we did ask for some extra smoked salmon 🙈😅 Bit out of town, so if have luggage recommend a BOLT( basically uber) Was great for us after a short stay in the centre of the old town.
Disliked: Nothing will 100% book again.
Liked: Excellent staff, everything clean, the rooftop pool and bar was also great.
