Exceptional
Liked: Very good breakfast especially the French toast. Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet AC.
Disliked: Front lobby door didn’t lock at night; not very safe. Our room (#103) had no view it faced an alleyway. Bed frame squeaked. Hot water heater made noise.

Liked: Great location, comfortable and spacious room, temperature controls worked, staff was helpful, breakfast was good.

We had a lovely stay in a fantastic location but the breakfast took the edge off it

Disliked: Didn’t think the breakfast was very good, if you don’t like eggs you’re in trouble, no cold water dispenser anywhere in the hotel, which was poor for a 4 star hotel.
Great location, nice room and helpful staff
Liked: Unbeatable location. Rooms comfortable and sound proofing very effective given our room overlooked the lively main square. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. They helped us take luggage out of the pedestrian only area of the old city. Their recommendations for nearby restaurants spot on.
Disliked: Breakfast didn't start until 7.30 and, although the property offered breakfast box for those leaving for early tours, an earlier sit-down breakfast start would have been preferable.
Liked: The location is wonderful, right on Split's main square. The suite room we were assigned met our expectations: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was abundant and full of fresh produce. We really enjoyed our stay. We also needed an invoice, and the reception staff accommodated our request immediately.
