Exceptional
Lovely but tea for two not given
Liked: The room was bright, light, and cheerful. Modern conveniences, comfortable bed, generous good quality toiletries.
Disliked: I would have liked a more generous selection of tea in the room, i asked for additional black tea bags since there is a tea kettle, but was told the complimentary tea was only for the first night. For a quite expensive hotel, an extra tea bag doesn't seem unreasonable.
Fabulous hotel in the best location
Liked: Fabulous location, lovely clean bathroom and room. Staff were really friendly. Fresh milk was available from reception for tea/coffee. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door and they made fantastic omelettes to order.
Disliked: Room was on the 1st floor, there was quite a lot of noise from the restaurant and kitchen below. Wish they'd had earl grey tea!
