Exceptional
Good value
Liked: Hot tub was nice after a days activities. Good communications from staff from contacting on phone.
Disliked: Very little crockery or glasses in room. Only one chair to sit on so have to sit on bed. Ground floor pool cold and gets No sunshine. Very echoey when other people are using the facilities. Free Parking on roads outside was difficult to find a spot.
Not luxury!!
Liked: Mia the sole staff member was exceptional.Lovely person and always had a smile and was willing to help always. We had to move rooms during our stay as the torrential rain leaked into our bathroom.She moved us to another bigger room with ease.
Disliked: The rooms are described as luxury but we could not agree with this description.There were just too many issues with the facilities.Lights not working,chipped furniture.Fridge in our 1st room the bottle storage was broken.Showers had mould in the grouting of the tiles and ceiling.Poor pillows with no support. The rooms are described as soundproof ed.They are NOT!! You can here the music cafe next door through the walls.This description should be removed. The rooms need updating if they are going to call them luxury.
Great location,a few problems with the room
Liked: Good location, close to the beach. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was lovely. Great views from the rooftop of harbour. Bed was OK, room a little dark
Disliked: We had problems with the electricity in the room which went off at 10pm. I emailed the property in the morning and they responded very quickly. It happened again when we returned the next evening. We had to contact the owner who responded quickly and let us in with a master key. We couldn't get the shower to work so used the swimming pool shower.
Wouldn’t recommend
Liked: Easy checkin/check out. Ok location.
Disliked: Room was not very clean and smelled like mold/mildew. Didn’t use jacuzzi nor pool because they were also dirty.
