Exceptional
Ok apartment but did not live up to expectations. Sound apartment but spiral staircase not shown, tiny bathroom not show
Liked: Great location in the old palace. Free breakfast tickets. Breakfasts were excellent. Apartment was ok but not as good as I expected from the photos on booking. Com
Disliked: It is on a busy walkway with a restaurant and public toilets. During my 5 night stay it was very noisy until midnight due to music and pedestrian traffic. Bathroom is very small with smell from the drains. Beware there is a steep spiral staircase to the apartment after the initial one flight of stairs from the front gate. Spiral staircase should have been shown on booking.com website, because it’s a gotcha for older people with mobility issues. Ok for people who don’t have mobility issues, but it would put some people off.
Snug in the Old Town
Liked: Excellent location near east gate of Old Town. Apartment beautifully furnished and very quiet. Breakfast voucher system for Luxor café is extremely good value. Fruit and vegetable market close by. Bačvice beach about 15 mins walk. Huge choice of restaurants.
Disliked: Two flights of stairs. One outside and one inside.
