Good spot to stay
Liked: Clean, comfortable
Disliked: A bit tricky to locate.
Emma was very helpful with getting us connected to your electrical outlet with an adapter
Disliked: The light in the interior stairway was out all four days of our stay and we could not see to go up the stairs. Very scarey in pitch darkness at night. Also, it would have been nice to have someone at the front desk when we left in the morning. We just walked out.
Liked: I loved the location, the room was beautiful. My only concerns were the lack of communication with staff the trying to get up the stairs with luggage. OMG that was a nightmare. You really should specify that there is no elevator and the stairs are spiraling marble. Really treacherous.

Liked: Very central. Lovely and clean - just a joy. Had a minor problem with Air Con - somebody arrived immediately to fix it - what more could you ask for?
Disliked: Steps - but then we knew that!
Liked: Perfectly located just outside the old town. Three minutes walk and you're in the centre but out of the chaos! Nice coffee shop, bakery and fruit and veg shop around the corner:)
