Exceptional
Great location, comfortable bed, great breakfast
Liked: Lovely building, great location, I really enjoyed my stay here. Was very easy to get everywhere. Building is pretty & very clean. Loved the balcony looking into the square. Welcomed by a lady who also shared useful tips which made my trip even easier
Disliked: Nothing not to like. Only thing I wasn't a fan of the large mystical creature painting on the wall in my room:)
Amazing staff and beautiful accommodations
Liked: It was an amazing location and beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Nothing
Perfectly located in the center of old town; we would definitely return
Liked: Unfortunately, we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast since we slept in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with luggage, communicate with drivers regarding directions, and offering suggestions and referrals for the best places to eat and have ice cream. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality.
Disliked: We had a fabulous room with a balcony that overlooked the piazza. There was some celebratory noise the first night, but we were so tired it didn’t disturb that much.
Perfect location is the center of Split! Beautiful and clean room - book it!
Liked: Great location in the center of Split but silent once inside! Beautiful spacious room, very clean, and great recommendations.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!
Great!
Liked: The staff was very helpful and we were allowed to check in early when we arrived before the early check in time. They let us check in just because the room was ready. We were located in the heart of old town and had windows that opened on to a major square. It was easy to find after wandering the streets and alleys of old town. We also got to watch a traditional wedding party pass through the square.
Disliked: At fist my room was "cancelled" because my credit card was hacked (then cancelled/new card issued) after I made the reservation. I did not get an email or text specifically telling me I needed to supply a new credit card. There was only a small "cancelled" written on the top of the email confirming my room. I didn't understand what that meant. The staff was very helpful in resolving the issue, and we stayed in the room that was originally reserved for us.
