Exceptional
Liked: The Hotel was excellent and the staff was incredible, very helpful, very warm in greeting us. Helped us at the reception, explained every detail of the city over the printed map, staff helped us with carrying out suitcases in and of our rooms, up and down the stairs, Breakfast was freshly prepared daily for us. Overall a brilliant experience.
Disliked: There was nothing which we didn't like. Everything was well taken care of by the staff.
Liked: Location, size, staff and the pancakes
Disliked: Maybe decor could be a touch more modern
Excellent service, great location, spotless
Liked: The service was beyond my expectations. The team were kind and always tried to help us. The breakfast was delicious and some of the days we asked a packed breakfast which was delicious and super helpful.
Disliked: Get into the parking lot is very hard as the road is narrow. But hey, at least there is a private parking available in a very busy area whith zero chance to find a parking. We had the 3 bedroom flat which was spacious but need a bit of remodeling.
Staff at front desk & breakfast room were extremely helpful, and friendly. Excellent service
Liked: Location was perfect, close to Split Promenade, palace etc. They provided excellent parking facility. Staff was extremely helpful.
Wonderful staff and great location. The entrance isn’t a great start but the service is excellent
Liked: Host was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Thin walls - noise
Close. Local vibes. Clean
Liked: Wonderful accommodation. Close by to everything. Clean and very attentive service. A perfect place to stay for a few days while in Split. A lovely light breakfast served fresh each day. Daily housekeeping. Help yourself to the self serve bar for an evening night cap. Traditional Croatian vibes with wonderful service and a smile. A huge shout out to Antonio for being available, the wonderful chats and recommendations of what to eat and where to get your next sneaky cocktail. Highly recommended
