Exceptional
Amazing views only a short walk from town
Liked: It's only a 5 minute walk into the Old Town. We were on the top floor (14th) and had a magnificent view of the bay, plus there was a view of the Old Town from the corridor window. The room was large, as was the shower. Openable windows helped control the room temperature, as did the split system. Very little outside noise. Parking was relatively easy and very affordable.
Disliked: Couldn't access much on the TV and the remote batteries were dead, so we had to buy some new ones ourselves. Staff are only on site for a short period each day, so be aware of that. First night we both had hot showers, but the second night the hot water disappeared quicker and our showers quickly became lukewarm.
Excellent
Liked: Excellent location within easy walk to Port of Split. Spacious room, great views, very comfortable bedding, good sized shower with excellent water pressure. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Can not fault this property. Highly recommend it.
Definitely a place to stay while visiting Split
Liked: The rooms were close to attractions, supermarket and transport options. The views of the port and waterway were wonderful.
Great view, comfortable room and near to town
Liked: Great view good location comfortable
Disliked: No real negatives
Liked: Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room close to old town and the riva promenade. Simple to check in and host easy to contact when needed.
I would not stay here again
Liked: The room was clean. That is really the only positive I have unfortunately.
Disliked: The check-in process was disjointed. Arrived but no one was at reception on 14th floor. Had to get help on different floor just to find out that the receptionist was waiting out front. No water provided in the room. Very small room BUT clean. Check out was at 11, without any option to make it a little later. The location was not where I thought it was, so that is on me. However, if you are taking a cruise out of the port, there are much better locations to stay. No water in the room, bare bare minimum toiletries.
