Exceptional
Liked: Clean, spacious, well equipped, great balcony and view. It felt like your own place. Nada is a fantastic host. Great parking garage. Small dipermarket steps away as were a choice of breakfast places. We would stay here again definitely!!
Disliked: A little far to walk to old town but possible, but the bus was easy.
Liked: Modern home with everything in it, clean, specious close to beach and around 15 min walk to old town, Nada is super host she help us with everything!!!
Liked: I stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom flat of around 50 m², located on the fifth floor of a modern eight-storey building. The view from the large balcony is excellent. The property is practically brand new and was in perfect condition, with no faults whatsoever. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is about a 15-minute walk to the beach, with a convenience store just 100 metres away. There are also large SPAR and Tommy supermarkets within a five-minute walk. My only wish is that the price had been a little lower, although during the high season it is reasonable to expect rates of around €200 per night. Many thanks to the superb host for a wonderful stay! 10out of 10!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay in these apartments and can wholeheartedly recommend them. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and we especially appreciated how well thought out and technologically equipped everything was. The balcony offers a beautiful view, making it a perfect place to relax in the morning or evening. The location is also excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, and getting to the city center is quick and easy. A special thank you to Nada. She is an incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring host who is always ready to help with any questions. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly felt welcome from the very first day. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We would be happy to stay here again!

Liked: Ultra modern, well equipped, fully air conditioned with super fast WiFi and above all the most welcoming host, Nada who personally greets you and gives you a full tour of her beautiful apartment. Having your dedicated locked parking garage is a huge plus. Supermarket in block and in a very safe area. Far enough from the city but not too far to walk to city centre and easily accessible to nearby modern and developed beach areas

Liked: Nada is a wonderful superhost who is incredibly caring and attentive to her guests' needs. The location is a major advantage, being just a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the beach. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with every essential for a comfortable stay. It is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Split.
