Guest reviews
Fabulous
Excellent hotel
Liked: Everything
Liked: Everything was excellent, we even got a free upgrade to a larger room. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: There was no hotel parking available at the time of our arrival.
Practical and comfy
Liked: The quiet room.
Disliked: If we could have known for sure that the parking would be available, not just advertised and then only when once you have booked your room, do you get the message that you will only find out at the reception if the hotel actually has the parking space or not that you need.
Liked: Breakfast was excellent as was the room and staff! I highly recommend this hotel. Parking was very convenient.
Very comfortable, clean, friendly, safe, and easy to find for fors-time visitors to Zagreb
Liked: This was a last-minute booking and they were super-accommodating and helpful with parking, our bags, and where to get a late-night meal.
Disliked: The housekeeper accidentally opened our door twice during our stay, which was not only startling but activated all the lights and the electronic shutters. Be sure to put out the “Do not disturb” sign, just in case!
Liked: Excellent location. Very comfortable
