How to choose a family hotel
Family room, apartment or resort
Families have three usual options: family or connecting rooms in a hotel, aparthotels with a kitchen and a living room, and holiday hotels with a pool, activities and a kids’ club, especially on the coast and the islands.
What to check before booking
Enter each child’s age when you search, because the price and the beds depend on it. Ask for a cot in advance if you need one, and check whether there is a children’s pool, flexible meal times and whether the kids’ club runs on your dates, as many only open in season.
