Fabulous
Amazing expérience and perfect for travellers who need to stay close to the station
Liked: The host
Disliked: No coffee in the room
Liked: Very kind staff for check-in. Well located relative to the main things to do in Annecy. Room was comfortable and stylish.
Excellent location very close to everything and the staff was very helpful
lovely place to visit day trips easy to geneva and chamonix for mont blanc
Liked: nice old building, welcoming staff great central location hot shower, near to bus, train and taxi station
Disliked: room was small with very limited storage awful wifi always a poor signal
Liked: Room was ok but towels were threadbare and hall lights were dim and motion sensored. They did not come on immediately and I was frequently walking in the dark. Jew from room was stellar and staff was exceptional
Disliked: Towels were threadbare. Hall lights were not good
Liked: Very charming hotel. The location near the train station is perfect. You don't have to carry the luggage far and are also in the city center in a few minutes. Breakfast was fantastic, good baguette and really delicious French cheese every morning. I really appreciate the quality. The rooms are also quiet as long as the windows are closed, even if your room is next to the main street. The insulation keeps out the noise really well.
Disliked: There was a strange smell in the bathroom, probably because the humidity cannot exit the bathroom and there is no ventilation. The cleaning lady left the bathroom door open after her service, so I had the smell in the whole room.
