  Very relaxing

  Liked: The Residence is very nice, green and calm, perfect to relax. We only had a small issue with water temperature regulation in the shower and we didn't know the type of locks used in our room door, but we managed. The staff is super nice and helpful, as well as super responsive over the phone:)

  Disliked: It would be nice to have more hooks or shelves in the bathroom, but in general it was all good:)

  Liked: Nous avons passé 3 nuits très agréables à l'Appart'Hotel Festival Sud Aqua - Avignon TGV. Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, le cadre est très reposant surtout au bord de la piscine qui est bien ombragée. Facile de naviguer grâce au bus numéro 10 pour aller au centre ville d'Avignon.

  Liked: Впечатление от этого престанища, как от комфортной турбазы 90-х годов прошлого века. Бедненько, но чистенько. Есть кондиционер и расплоден недалеко от исторического центра Авиньона. Пешком не дойдёшь, но на машине буквально 8 минут. Ночью очень тихо!

  Disliked: У турбазы 2 адреса, и на это надо обратить внимание! Мы не сразу нашли нужный нам оазис благополучия. Очень неудобные кровати ( эконом класс). Виноваты сами, не приняли во внимание, что в это время проходил театральный фестиваль, и всё приличное в округе было уже забронировано. Вывод: одну ночь пережить можно))

  Very poor experience with exception of staff

  Liked: The pool was very good. Clean and plenty of sunbeds and areas where you could find shade. Maria served us breakfast and she was lovely. Very friendly.

  Disliked: No one on reception when we arrived. We had no idea of how to get in and had to call someone. When we got to our apartment there was a guy with a silicone gun sealing up a wasps nest at the window on our terrace. Rather than try and seal up the nest a better suggestion would be to move us and get the pest control people in as the next day the wasps had found a way into our apartment. It was a battle. Thankfully only there for a day. Apartment furniture very basic and we had a large plate, tea plate and one tiny plate to eat off. Also light fittings and plug sockets loose.

  Liked: Clean and tidy as well as secure for the car

  Disliked: We paid for a superior room and received a basic room with no kitchenette only one socket you had to take the fridge out to plug in kettle or coffee machine. Only tea bags supplied no coffee
