Pleasant
Disliked: Aircondition did not work. That is very disappointing when you book the room because it has AC. We did not have a door to the toilet, so we could look eachother in the eyes when we had to go to the toilet. The bath wasn’t been cleaned before we arrived.
A very disappointing and unsatisfactory for the price.Two star is not acceptable

Disliked: I think it's time to update the accommodation photos on Booking:) Those photos are clearly very old as the rooms are quite old/damaged
This is your place for a great location, not so much for ambiance and aesthetics
Liked: The location was perfect. Right in the city center and close to the train station. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage. Very friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. A hair dryer would have been nice.
My stay in Avignon
Liked: Very friendly stuff. He helped me with the suitcase, brought clean towels, explained everything. Location is super good, just 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in the heart of the Old city, lots of parks, small cafes and 10 minutes walk to the main square of the city where the Pope palace is. Just perfect.
Disliked: I liked everything, because for that location this is a real value for money
Liked: The room was not at all like on the photo. There was no soap in the bathroom and elementary facilities. Stuff was friendly and location of the hotel is good.
Disliked: The room was old nothing to do with the photo on the site.
